Specialty cleaning chemicals, when required, may be added at a maximum additional charge of $20.

Painting and staining jobs require a 4-hour minimum booking. Any paint, stain, or specific materials used are billed separately. Time spent by Lake City Painting Ltd fetching supplies counts toward the total scheduled hours. The volume of surfaces finished relies on the current condition, necessary prep, site access and the total hours reserved. We cannot promise that every painting task on your list will be finished in a set timeframe unless a prior assessment was completed.

What kinds of jobs can I put on my list?
Point & Go covers painting, staining and power washing — ranging from indoor or outdoor walls, trim, and doors to sheds, fences, decks, driveways and gutters. We also assist with the demanding or tedious portions of house projects you are tackling alone so you can finish your list efficiently.
Do I need an estimate first?
Usually not. Point & Go is designed for flexible hourly work. You make the list, we confirm the booking, and we work through your priorities. Larger or unusual projects may need to be reviewed first.
Are paint and materials included?
No. Paint, stain, materials and sundries are supplied by the customer.
Can you pick up the materials for me?
Yes. If you need us to pick up paint, stain or materials, 1 hour will be added to your Point & Go time.
What happens if my entire list isn't completed?
We stay and keep working until your list is complete. If the project grows beyond the original expected time, the applicable Point & Go hourly rate continues based on the total time worked.
Why does the hourly rate decrease?
The longer we’re there, the more efficient the job becomes — so we pass those savings on to you with a lower hourly rate.
Can I use Point & Go just for power washing?
Yes. Power washing has its own lower Point & Go hourly rates. We arrive with our standard power washing equipment and cleaning supplies. Specialty cleaning chemicals are extra if required.
